Hi! I’m Val and I’m a working mom of 3 who is passionate about good sleep! I have twin boys, and when they were born I poured over all of the information I could get on how to set them up for successful sleep, and it worked! By 10 weeks they were sleeping soundly through the night for 12 hours, and following a very predictable daytime schedule. They are toddlers now and are still amazing sleepers even through teething, traveling, sickness and regressions! I followed a similar plan for my daughter and at 12 weeks she was also sleeping through the night and on a great daytime schedule. I have a reputation among my family and friends for being able to get babies to sleep, and I love helping them with schedule tweaks and overcoming obstacles to get their little ones sleeping through the night. That's how The Family Sleep Coach came to be! I took a very thorough course to become a Certified Sleep Consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management in order to help even more families while supporting my own!
